Are parking and electricity included in the price?
Yes, parking within GreenMobility’s zones and electricity throughout Denmark are always included – even when you rent the car for a week.
Where can I charge the car during the week?
- Copenhagen: Use E.ON and Spirii charging stations.
- Aarhus: Use E.ON, Spirii, Norlys, and Clever chargers (Clever availability depends on the vehicle).

Can I extend my rental period?
Yes, you can easily extend your rental if you need the car for longer than a week. Simply purchase a new package in the app, such as a 3, 5, or 10-hour package or one of our daily packages. Remember to activate the new package under “My Packages” in the app before your weekly rental expires.
May I drive abroad with the car?
Yes, you can drive to selected countries. See our terms and conditions for the list of permitted countries.
Who is allowed to drive the car?
Only the registered user who rented the car is permitted to drive it.
Can I bring pets in the car?
No, unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
